During the visit to NERC Agartala, Tripura Dr. Nand Lal Thakur (Vice Chairman LKA) along with Shri Suman Majumder (EB, GC and FC Member LKA) honoured Shri Ratan Biswas ji (Director ICA Tripura Govt.) with a thanks letter given by Shri V. Nagdas ji (Chairman, LKA) for his support and endless efforts to establish the NERC centre at Najrul Kala Kshetra in Tripura in the presence of 50 artists. Shri Biswas ji got elevated as an IAS officer and will hold the new charge as Secretary Human Rights Commission Govt. of Tripura.
