Regional Centre, Lucknow organised a drawing competition for deaf & dumb students under ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’. Chief Guest of the programme IAS Amarnath Upadhyay, Special Secretary, Deptt. Of Culture, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh gave prize to 3 best entries. Dr. Devendra Tripathy, Regional Secy., staff of the Centre, working artist’s and scholars were also present on this occasion.
